We built this custom home featuring white Alaskan cedar exterior siding, a standing seam metal roof, custom painted and stained cabinetry, white oak hardwood floors, quartz countertops, fireplace, and ironwork details, with Fleetwood windows and doors including two large sliding pocket doors that fully open to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience, complemented by a swimming pool, travertine patios, full landscaping, driveways, and DG roads.
We built this large-scale remodel and expansion of a bed and breakfast property, featuring custom white oak cabinetry, high-end LVT flooring, stucco exterior, artisan tilework, and a mix of granite, marble, quartz, and porcelain countertops, with a strong focus on outdoor living through extensive concrete work including driveways, staircases, retaining walls, fire pits, and a custom BBQ area with colored concrete countertops, all within a fully landscaped property.
Complete rebuild retaining a portion of the original foundation, featuring tile flooring, quartzite and marble surfaces, white oak plank ceilings, custom cabinetry, and ironwork, with full landscape improvements, barn remodel, new underground utilities, electrical service upgrades, and new water and booster systems; rebuilt in full. Designed to feature a dramatic corten steel roof system that waterfalls seamlessly into corten steel siding, creating a bold architectural statement throughout the exterior. Full low-maintenance landscaping was completed with minimal water requirements, including top-cast finish patios, poured-in-place concrete pavers, and formed board concrete walls throughout the property.

The project features premium materials and a fully integrated production and hospitality facility. Our work to date includes the entry bridge, retaining walls, and initial site groundwork, now in groundbreaking phase for Copia Vineyards.
Large-scale winery facility construction and remodel of an existing operation on the same property, including tasting room, gardens, and outdoor hospitality areas, featuring standing seam siding and roofing, cedar tongue-and-groove overhangs, and fully integrated processing systems with water, gas, and glycol plumbing, drainage, and all infrastructure required to support complete, high-performance wine production operations.
Full restaurant renovation with a new professional-grade kitchen, custom cabinetry, handcrafted tilework, soapstone surfaces, and polished concrete flooring, centered around bespoke ironwork featured prominently in the main-level wine cellar and large display shelving, supported by refrigerated chambers and a cave-style cellar below, with refined finish carpentry throughout.

The project also includes a full interior and exterior renovation with premium hardwood flooring, upgraded vinyl windows, custom cabinetry, artisan tile installations, stone countertops, a new fireplace stove, and a large custom redwood deck terrace with modern wire cable railings. The primary bathroom features a handcrafted African wenge wood vanity and custom-built drawers fabricated on site.
